Dogmato processes only the personal and operational data needed to run accounts, challenge workflows, support, anti-fraud checks, payout/KYC procedures, and applicable compliance obligations.

This may include account registration data, fan/creator/brand profile details, technical logs, pledge/payment/challenge history, support communication, and information submitted for verification or KYC review.

Data is used to operate the service, preserve transaction history, moderate content, prevent fraud, process payouts and refunds, and resolve disputes or support inquiries.

3. Data sharing

Dogmato may share data with service providers involved in hosting, analytics, communication, moderation, KYC/AML, payout operations, or payment processing where required to operate the service lawfully and safely.

4. Retention and access

Retention periods depend on the type of data. Security logs, dispute materials, and payout/KYC records may be retained longer than ordinary UI content where operational or regulatory grounds apply.
