When a creator must pass verification, what data may be requested, and when payout can be held.
For the payout contour, Dogmato uses separate verification states: unverified, pending_review, needs_info, verified, and rejected.
Only the verified state opens the withdrawal path. pending_review, needs_info, and rejected mean the payout request cannot yet move into the payout flow.
KYC or payout review may be required before the first withdrawal request, after transaction growth, during disputes, for fraud signals, chargeback exposure, or upon PSP request.
The platform may request identity documents, company records, profile ownership evidence, tax identifiers, registered address details, payout account information, and challenge-specific supporting materials.
Payout may be paused where the profile is not verified, documents are missing, information is inconsistent, the challenge is fraud-sensitive, or a payment/compliance partner requires additional review.
At the payout-case level this may mean moving the case into investigation or blocked. After a hold is cleared the case may return to approved, while a failed manual review may result in a rejected payout request.
Questions about payout onboarding, payout review, and finance checks should be directed to the operator or finance contact listed on these pages.
The public KYC/payout page describes payout onboarding, identity and ownership review, and reasons funds may be held temporarily.
